The choice of the path - it’s a personal decision of the breeder. Sometimes different paths lead to a similar results - getting high quality dogs with a good mentality and temperament.

But sometimes the breeder selects a very strange ( for a normal human perception ) path - a path of fraud and deception.

It’s the choice that made Irina Komolova (kennel "Busher Plus"). Over 10 years of activity in the breed did not bring any significant results in quality of her dogs. Only quantity .But one day she decided that luck turned her way - just take "under the wing" the owner of some dogs of kennel Zon Mirekl breeding.Dogs without full documents, for the reason that owner ( Kosova) didn’t fulfill the agreement.That was easily corrected by Komolova by getting puppies out of those dogs, and substituting their own documents . Each one of this duo dishonest people got what they wanted. Komolova - dogs with a long-desired bloodline and type, and Kosova - dogs with the documents, "Busher Plus" in this case.

In the previous article I provided numerous evidence of those activities, based on many facts and testimony of different people. As well as photographs showing the similarity of the dogs of different bloodlines (by their records)

In these photos you can see two dogs from kennel "Zon Mirekl " and two dogs from kennel "Busher Plus”. In these photographs dogs positioned in a similar angle. I have repeatedly seen those dogs at the shows and I can say that this similarity is not just due to the same poses.

My suspicions started in early 2009 and I began to collect the evidences. I tracked all the litters of "Busher Plus," kept all the photos and information on those litters, which used dogs of my breeding, but on documents have "Busher Plus" prefix.

When evidences were sufficient to leave no doubt that I was right in my suspicions, I published this information on my website and urged Komolova to do genetic examination on selected dogs. I offered to pay for all expenses involved.Moral character and opportunity of Komolova , if desired, to falsify the results, led me to offer an open procedure for DNA testing at reputable laboratory.We found such in France,who is working with the maximum of genetic markers.

On May 20 ,2011 I have ordered and paid for a sufficient number of kits for genetic testing.It was reported to Komolova with the requirement to provide the dogs out of litter "M" parents born in 2009 as well as Zeguda Bushehr Plus Bugatti , Busher Plus Viva Victoria and grandmother of both lines Busher Plus Gnomic

To monitor the correctness of the procedure was proposed to invite neutral and trusted representatives as Makhanko and Khomasuridze . And perhaps someone from the breeders.

      Protocol for procedure was offered as:

1.Acceptable for both parties veterinary clinic, date and time;

2 Signing protocol by witnesses with passport data;

3.Photo of the dogs, special markings – tattoo or microchips and vetpasport.

4 Careful handling and packaging of samples.

5. Send samples by independent witnesses.

6. Designation of an independent receiver, who will notify all interested parties.

7. Envelopes to be opened in the presence of interested parties and independent witnesses.

Upon receipt of genetic maps I was ready to provide genetic maps of close relatives (siblings and several of their parents), mother of puppies for comparison and analysis. This would be done by genetic laboratory in Israel that specializes on this type of work.

Out of fear of exposure and the collapse of her activities, Komolova choose to go ahead with "quiet" testing. On May 26, 2011, knowing that I ordered tests from France, she made testing of her dogs on he own. To give weight to this procedure, she invited Makhanko ( president of our club) who was not informed about the purpose or reason for her presence.

The whole procedure is raising a lot of questions. Here are some facts:

In Russia we have one laboratory that provide DNA testing for animals - "Zoogen", located in St. Petersburg. Zoogen can send kits for independent sampling of the material and then they will be sent back to "Zoogen" by mail for testing. "Zoogen" provide courier services within the city and region of St.Petersburg only.

In Moscow, "Zoogen" has a partner for DNA testing -laboratory "Chance Bio”,which only provide collection of the genetic material and shipping it by mail to Zoogen for actual testing. “Chance Bio” has a set route for their couriers and they come for pick ups according to the schedule of the driver. No special delivery services provided. According to the head of "Zoogen" St. Petersburg, the laboratory tests are not legitimate in Europe and are not recognized by RCF.

The procedure, carried out by Komolova appeared, according to Makhanko , as:

1. Kits for testing were "at hand". (One would assume that she had received them directly from the "Zoogen" or some European laboratory)

2. The doctor was not informed in advance about the purpose of upcoming procedure.

3. The observer (Makhanko ) was in the hallway all the time and saw immediately identify the dog and procedures of the fence material.

4.Cloth, soaked with blood for DNA studies were dried out in the hallway.

3.”Courier” appeared shortly after procedure was started and was waiting in the lobby,talking to Komolova, until all materials were available (As I mentioned before, "Chance Bio" laboratory do not provide a special courier service, and "Zoogen" and European laboratories do not have such services for Moscow region.While waiting, Komolova and her companions had unrestricted access to the samples and the possibility of replacing them. ( Right before the testing, Komolova visited city of...- the present residence of the mother of dogs in question.)

5. Exactly 3 weeks later, as it was “predicted” by Komolova, results came with conformation of the parenting (interesting enough, it takes "Zoogen"40 days to complete testing.)

The owner of two puppies from kennel "Bushehr Plus", Hermine Müller from France ,was informed by Komolova about parentage conformation for her puppies. I sent Hermine an email asking to share those results with me and compare with results I had for my own dogs. She did not respond.

Currently Komolova sending letters that I was misled and provided false information by Vitalia Kamushenko –french bulldogs owner living in Germany.

Indeed, Kamushenko contacted me after I published the first article on the subject on my website. She confirmed that she was struck by the similarity of my dogs and dogs from "Busher Plus" at World Dog Show 2010 in Denmark. In Denmark,Komolova brought three puppies from litter "M", born in June 2009 (Busher Pljus Magic Cloud, Busher Pljus Make Me Crazy, Busher Pljus Moon Angel).

Kamushenko was told by Kosova, also present at the show,that those puppies are part of the litter out of Zon Mirekl Mia Jolie Princess (but registered under Busher Plus Viva Victoria as dam) and other part of the litter end up with another dam of Busher Plus breeding.

Following the publication of the first article on my website Kosova called Kamushenko,threatening, if she opens the truthful information about the activities of Komolova with Kosova’s dogs of Zon Mirekl origins.

This is further confirmed my suspicions.

It was atleast three more litters with prefix “Busher Plus” out of Zon Mirekl dogs.Two from Zone Mirekl Mia Jolie Princess and one from Zon Mirekl Mei Lu.

I urge all owners and buyers of puppies from kennel "Busher Plus"to claim genetic maps from legitimate laboratories on the parents of puppies born since 2009

I urge the owners of puppies from kennel "Busher Plus", which are intended for breeding, to do genetic tests so further breeding program will have less surprises.

In turn, I'm ready to give to compare genetic maps of my dogs - the immediate family of puppies produced by Komolova out of dogs, substituted by "Busher Plus" prefix.

I will do all possible to expose the activities of the owner kennel "Busher Plus" Komolova as fraudulent and to prove it to the breed, regardless of how long it will take.
